三久股份有限公司(下称:三久)遵循「个人资料保护法」及保护隐私权规定，并重视三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器用户(下称:用户)的个人隐私权，为保护用户的个人资料，三久公司的保护个人隐私权政策内容如下：

一、保护个人资料之安全
1.1.三久着重保护用户的个人隐私权，三久针对关于三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控主机服务(下称:服务)使用及存取用户之个人资料，若未经用户本人事前同意，三久不会将用户的个人资料交付与服务无关之任何人。
1.2.为保护用户个人隐私，请用户必须以善良管理人之注意，完善的保管网络密码及个人资料，勿将专属网络密码及个人资料提供给无关之任何人。
二、个人资料之搜集、处理、利用
三久在提供服务时透过云端监控主机所取得用户的个人资料，三久将依下列所说明之搜集及使用目的、方式及范围，在服务工作内进行处理及利用个人资料，并依照个人资料保护法及保护隐私权之相关法律规定处理，除非有司法单位依法律程序要求三久提供外，三久不会将用户个人资料作为其他用途或提供予任何人。
三、搜集个人资料之目的：
三久为提供完善的三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器服务内容，以进行用户之云端监控服务，在个人资料保护法之法定特定项目编号为Ｏ九Ｏ之消费者、客户管理与服务之目的下，三久将透过用户使用三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控服务过程中来搜集个人资料。
四、搜集之个人资料类别：
三久于云端监控主机内搜集用户的个人资料，为法定编号C001辨识个人者：用户之电子邮件信息。
五、处理及利用个人资料之期间、区域、对象及方式：
5.1.期间：自用户开始使用三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控服务之日起，至用户要求停止使用个人资料，或用户停止使用服务之日为止。
5.2.区域：世界各国
5.3.对象及方式：
对象：在于用户之三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控服务，用户之专属网络账号以密码登录使用。
方式：以用户之个人资料电子邮件账号登录，搜集及利用三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之数据。
5.4.就个人资料之权利，用户依个人资料保护法得对三久行使以下权利：
5.4.1.查询或请求阅览。
5.4.2.请求制给复制本。
5.4.3.请求补充或更正。
5.4.4.请求停止搜集、处理或利用。
5.4.5.请求删除。
用户有查询及阅览、制给复制本、补充或更正、停止计算机处理及利用、删除等需求时，请用户与三久客服专线连络申请，以行使上述个资法权利，三久客服人员将在工作日内进行处理。
六、保护用户账号及专属密码
6.1.用户必须提供个人资料之电子邮件账号，才能使用三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控完整服务，否则将无法使用该服务。
6.2.为保护用户的隐私权及提供安全服务，三久提供之三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控必须以专属密码保护，用户应妥善保管专属账号密码，三久将以合理之云端监控技术及网络安全程序，尽力确保用户个人资料之安全。
七、三久公司保护隐私权政策之修订
7.1.三久公司遵循现行法令，并参考市场及环境的变动，为保护用户之个人资料及隐私权，以提供将来更好的三久粗糠炉、干燥机及太阳能热水器之云端监控使用环境，三久公司将会不定期的修订保护隐私权政策。

For complying the Personal Data Protection Law, regulations of protecting privacy right, valuing the users of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater (hereinafter: “Users”), and protecting the personal data of Users, SUNCUE Company Ltd. (hereinafter: “SUNCUE”) has the Policy for protecting personal privacy right as follows:

1. Personal data protection
1.1 For focusing on the protection of personal privacy right of Users, the use and storage of User’s personal data in the service of cloud monitoring sever for SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater (hereinafter: “Service”), SUNCUE will not provide User’s personal data to anyone without relationship to this Service if the User does not agree in advance.
1.2 For protecting personal privacy of Users, Users must keep the internet passwords and personal data with the due care of administrator. Do not provide the exclusive internet passwords and personal data to anyone.
2.Collection, handling, and usage of personal data
For the collection of personal data of Users through providing service by SUNCUE, SUNCUE will handle and use the personal data within the following collection, using goal, method, service scope and works. Handle the data by the Personal Data Protection Law and related regulations of protecting privacy right. Unless judicial institutes order SUNCUE to provide the data under due process of laws, SUNCUE will not provide the personal data to anyone or use it for other purposes.
3. Purpose of personal data collection
For providing better Service of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in cloud monitoring server, SUNCUE will collect the personal data through the Service process of usage of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater by User under the goal of the specific legal code number 090 of purchaser, users, management and service in the Personal Data Protection Law.
4. Category of personal data collection
For the legal code number C001 of recognizing personal: Email information of users, SUNCUE collect the personal data of Users in the cloud monitoring server.
5.Period, area, object and method of handling and using personal data
5.1 Period: from the day of using the Service of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in the cloud monitoring server by Users until the day of requesting to stop using the personal data or stop using the Service by Users.
5.2 Area: all countries around the world
5.3 Objects and method:
Objects: for the Users of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in the cloud monitoring server with the exclusive internet accounts and passwords for log in by Users.
Method: for collecting information of using SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater by log in with Email account of Users personal data.
5.4 The Users shall be able to exercise the following rights with regard to his/her rights of personal data by the Personal Data Protection Law to SUNCUE:
5.4.1 the right to make an inquiry of and to review his/her personal data;
5.4.2 the right to request a copy of his/her personal data;
5.4.3 the right to supplement or correct his/her personal data;
5.4.4 the right to demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use of his/her personal data; and
5.4.5 the right to erase his/her personal data.
When Users need to make an inquiry of, review, request a copy, supplement or correct, demand cessation of computer handling, use and delete, please contact with SUNCUE customer service line for applying to exercise above rights of Personal Data Law. SUNCUE customer service will handle it in working days.
6.Protection of users account and exclusive passwords
6.1 For using the complete Service of Users must provide his/her Email account of personal data of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in the cloud monitoring server. Otherwise, the Service may not be available without User’s Email account.
6.2 For protecting the privacy of Users and providing safe Service, SUNCUE protect the information of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in the cloud monitoring server by the exclusive passwords. Users must keep the exclusive account and passwords with best efforts. SUNCUE will protect the personal information safely with reasonable cloud monitoring technic and internet safety procedure.
7.Revise of SUNCUE Privacy Protection Policy
7.1 For complying with current laws, referring to alteration of marketing and environment, protecting the personal data and privacy rights of Users, to provide better using environment of Service of SUNCUE husk furnace, grain dryer, and solar water heater in the cloud monitoring server, SUNCUE will irregularly revise the Privacy Protection Policy.
